Obituary of Harvey Clost

With sadness, the family announces that Harvey passed away peacefully at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Thursday morning, November 5, 2020. He was 86. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Turcotte). Dearly loved father of Brenda Baker (Ray), Kim Wager (Mark), Jeff Clost (Linda) and Debbie Clost-Martin. Cherished and proud Grandpa of Meagan, James, Chelsea, Amber, Amanda, Bo, Morgan, Madison, West and Great-Grandpa of Aubrey, Harrison, Addison and Carlee. Dear brother of Norman, Gordon, Philip and Linda. Son of the late Norman and Lula (nee Kinch) Clost, Harvey was also predeceased by brothers: Dalton, Mervin, Earl and Kenneth and sisters: Verna, Viola, Hazel, Marjorie and Helen. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Having spent most of his working years as a truck driver, Harvey enjoyed the thrill of race car driving as much as the relaxation that came with from a leisurely ride on his motorcycle. Hunting was also a great pastime for him at this time of year. He will be missed. Harvey’s final care and arrangements were entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior.
