Sending our condolences to Maureen, Shannon, and Robin on the loss of Don. I enjoyed working with him for many years. Sorry I never met them in Hagersville but I was in Jarvis. I had friends there with the same last name but apparently there was no relation. Funny how we were close then and didn’t know each other until Arnprior. Boeing brought us together. Our fondest memories of Don and Maureen are from the shower/wedding when our son Ted chose Robin to be his wife. Although Ottawa and Brantford are miles apart fond memories of the Ball family will remain in our hearts. Don was a loving father, husband and grandfather, friend to all and a wonderful gentle man. My heart still feels heavy and wish I was closer to be able to give Aunt Maureen, Shannon and Robin a hug. I am glad for the visits with Uncle Donnie before this covid thing hit and even got the pleasure of staying the night at Uncle Donnie's place. Will definitely miss his presence when I visit next. One of the best Uncles a young girl ever had!! Appreciate that he and aunt Rene made it out west for my wedding 38 years ago!! I remember all us cousins getting together and singing and dancing and the uncles and aunts all upstairs having their own party, always laughing and enjoying their company.
