So sorry to hear about the loss of our old friend Sandi, our heartfelt sympathy to the family. So saddened we are unable to see the family. Hopefully we will meet again and until then rest in peace old friend.

We were so sorry, Denis, to hear of Sandy's passing. It was always fun running into you both at the riverside park in Arnprior and at other musical events in Renfrew county. Sandy was, what I would call, a "classy dame!" Always smiling and always interesting. Not to mention always dressed and groomed to perfection. We remember running into you at the Lynch's home in Barrhaven, completely out of context for us but the connection didn't take long to figure out.
Our condolences are sincere as is our wish for peace in your heart in the knowledge that she will always be with you.

So sad to hear this news. I first met Sandi at the Bank of Montreal in Ottawa in 1967. Not only did we become friends....but walking home from work one day, she invited me to join her and her roommate, Lee for dinner. They were having chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese sandwiches...which was a lot better than I and my roommates were going to have...so I quickly accepted. Later on, I lived with Sandi and Lee for a short time and we spent some fun weekends up at Sandi's parents. Our condolences go out to Sandi's family.

Denis and Shawn, I remember how happy Sandi was when she met you, when she told me you were getting married. She was in love with both of you and she was so proud of both of you. I missed her very much when you moved to Arnprior... especially the day I intended to visit you in Arnprior but wound up in Almonte looking for the Tim Horton's near your home... found the Tim's but not your street!! When I called her we realized that I had a few more kms to go!! We had a laugh about it... she had such a great sense of humour. So down to earth!!

Sandi always brought an extra pop of flavour, candor, and colour to Leduc family gatherings with her carrot cake, quick wit, and sense of style. ...I met Sandra when Donna (my niece)brought her to my home for a visit.We spent the whole afternoon chatting. She was such a lovely lady and by the time they left it felt like I had known her for years. Whenever I was down I could always count on Sandy to raise my spirits and make me laugh.
