Obituary of John Bradley
Passed away peacefully at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Thursday morning, January 7, 2021. His heartbroken wife and soulmate for 62 years, Margaret (nee Woodford) was by his side. John was born in Uxbridge, Ontario on May 3, 1938.
Son of the late John Henry Bradley and the late Julia Mary Bradley (nee Aubrey).
Predeceased by siblings Wallace (Lillian), Joan Hanks (Norman); Lloyd and Donald.
He is survived by sisters Betty Irving (late Doug) of Kanata and Dorothy Boudreau (late Bud) of Renfrew. Beloved Dad of Boyd of Edmonton; Lori Morocz (Tom) of Kanata; John H. (late Linda) of Windsor; Ron of Osgoode. He was the “Fishin’ Buddy” of his three sons. Loving Grampa of Daniel Morocz; Alex Morocz (Emily) and Kathy Morocz (Jake) all of Ottawa. He will be missed by nieces, nephews, cousins and the Woodford family. John loved fishing. When he lost his sight in 2019, he thought he may not be able to fish again. In 2020, his ‘Fishin Buddy’ sons made sure he was able to continue to enjoy his love of fishing. The family would like to thank Dr. Allison Clarke for her care and compassion; the Calabogie Senior support team for always being there; our good neighbour Vince and a very special thank you to Jenny. John’s final care and arrangements were entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior. To honour John in a special way, do something nice for a neighbor or a friend…especially in these challenging Covid times.
