Obituary of Joe "J.R." Robillard

With heavy hearts the family inform you that Joe passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 as the result of injuries he sustained after being hit by a car at a crosswalk in Calgary a few days ago. Joseph Maurice “J.R.” Robillard; an Ottawa Valley boy was 65. Beloved son of the late Maurice and Lois (nee Kilby) Robillard. He is survived by siblings: Debbie Pierce (Blake), Paul Robillard (Wendy), Leanne Krieger (Terry) and Nicole Murray (Kevin). Predeceased by his twin Marie April 20, 2013. Lovingly remembered as Uncle Joe by nieces and nephews: Stephanie, Derek, Chris, Mitchell, Danah, Chad, Jenna, Cole and Cassidy as well as several great-nieces and nephews. Joe’s final care and arrangements were entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior. A private family graveside service will take place at the Malloch Road Cemetery in Arnprior on May 2, 2021 (Joe and Marie’s birthday).
