My deepest condolences to the entire Rick family who always showed me such kindness. The lessons I learned at Valley Caterers have served me well throughout my life. While I was putting money away for university they helped me by finding extra chores to do. More often than not Christal would have a huge meal for me.

I will always remember, with a smile on my face, when I first met Christal as she welcomed a bunch of rowdy University kids to her home for the weekend. We were spoiled rotten with delicious meals.
