Obituary of Jean Deacon

(nee Headrick) With heavy hearts the family announces that Jean passed away at the Elisabeth Bruyere Health Centre, Ottawa on Tuesday evening, May 11, 2021; Jean Mary Elizabeth Deacon, a former longtime resident of White Lake was in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Lorne Deacon (February 1, 1998). Dearly loved mother of Brenda Jones (Donald) and Lorna Jones (Carlton Stewart). Cherished and proud “Grandma” of Rodney Jones (Sue), Christopher Jones (Karen), Paula Jones (Martin LeBonte), Valerie Fitzgibbon and Tanya DeHaan (Brad) and “Great-Grandma” of Leah Fitzgibbon, Bailey DeHaan, Samuel LeBonte and Madeleine Lebonte. Jean was the only daughter of the late David A. and Alvina (nee Jones) Headrick. She was also predeceased by her only brother, Jim Headrick (late Mary). Jean’s final care and arrangements have been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior. Relatives and friends may join us on their electronic devices for a service to be webcast live on Saturday afternoon, May 15 at 2 o’clock. Interment will follow at the White Lake Community Cemetery.
