Stephen and all the family, we were so sorry to hear of Marion's death. She was a warm and vibrant person and we had several opportunities to enjoy her helpfulness at the store and at maple syrup events. Your parents were a fine couple, we were blessed to have known them.

So very sorry to learn of the passing of Marion! What a delightful lady. I thought the world of her. I first met Marion at Pakenham Township office where I had the pleasure to work with her. She took me under her wing, freely shared her knowledge and guided me through the intricacies involved with a public office. She was fun, kind and had a joy of life that she shared with all. Marion-a beautiful human lady❤️ You will be missed, Marion, by many!

Dear Stephen and Bryan and family,
We are very sorry for your loss and so sad. Marion was such a strong amazing woman and we looked forward to seeing her and your father every year to pick up our syrup (for over 10 years!). They also both helped us get our side hobby off the ground by supplying us with jars and other great stuff for us to be successful in our little side business. They were amazing people. Our prayers are with all of you and knowing that Marion is now with Don again, together watching over you.

It us with great sadness to hear of the death of both Don and Marion over the past few months. Having met them several time over the past years at dealer info sessions as well as on their trips to the Moncton area, They were always a joy to be with: with lots of stories shared as were new trick on how to make maple produces. They will be greatly missed by family and the maple industry.
May God bless in this time of grieving.

My condolences to the family. I first met Don and Mary at one of the maple fests in New Brunswick many years ago. I have visited their sugar camp about 19 years ago and had recently saw them both at a LaPierre dealer meeting not that long ago. They both had visited my maple outlet shop in New Brunswick not that long ago. They were both very nice people and I enjoyed the times that we shared together over the years. Thoughts and prayers to the family.

Bryan, Stephen & extended families,
Marion was a fantastic gentle lady who I will always remember when we lived on the hill at Grandpa & Grandpa Schroeder's.
Marion & my sister Sylvia, Aunt Juni & cousin Donna were always together as a foursome having fun & sharing stories
and had a lasting friendship that continued to this day and I know that even though there are only 2 left now I know
that Sylvia & Donna will carry on that tradition with love & will still be sharing those cherished memories.
Rest in peace Donna, Lois Gilmour (Schroeder)

Bryan, Stephen & Family- so very sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She was a wonderful, caring person & such a blessing to us all. As a young girl, I recall Marion as my sitter for 8 of us kids, as I got older- I returned the favour & sat for you boys & recall teaching you how to swim in the mighty Mississippi. As I married into the Brown family- Marion became our communicator for Brown Family gatherings & the glue that kept us all together. Donnie & Marion are together again & as they were a dynamic duo on earth- will be again in heaven. We know you will miss them terribly but your love for them will keep them close in your hearts and all of ours. God Bless, Ruth & George

To The Dodds Family
It is with great sadness and sorrow that I have heard of Marion's passing. So close to the passing of Donnie, this is a very very difficult time. Eva and I offer our sincerest condolences to the entire Dodds family and pray for strength to find your way through this hardship. May God keep you strong just as Maron was for Donnie. There is some peace in knowing that Don and Marion are now together again.
If you have a memory card for Marion Dodds I would greatly appreciate. It would be placed beside Donnie's in our sugarhouse as a constant reminder of their help (and yours too Stephen) in helping us start our sugaring operation here at Sugarbush Hill, Huntsville, On.
