He was just so wonderful. I'm very happy to have met and to be able to call him a friend. He was gentle, kind and wore his heart in his sleeve.
I will treasure all the memories we created with friends. Until we meet again my friend!

I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of my friend Vlad. We worked together at the Newboro locks. He made it clear my maple syrup was going to his sister in NS and his folks in Arnprior. I really enjoyed are conversations. I’ll miss the big guy. So sorry.
Vladik, I cannot gain the comprehension of why you are here no more. My heart is heavy. I will remember you as a sweet, kind and fun young man that you were.
