My favorite memories of Catherine and Alec are of Alec playing the guitar and Catherine singing “Yesterday” around a bon fire. Catherine had a beautiful singing voice and would always get all of us singing along. Frankie and Helen, I pray that loving memories bring you peace through this difficult time.

I remember clearly the day my wee brother Alex brought Cathie home for the first time to meet George and I. She was only 17 and I was so happy to meet her. That was 62 years ago and I've loved her like a sister ever since. Cathie & Alex lived with my mum and dad for 9 months after they were married in 1963 and my mum and Cathie had the most wonderful loving relationship. When they both got up for work each morning, my mum used to say to Cathie "first up is best dressed!"
You'll always be in my thoughts Cathie. Love Jean
