Obituary of Pauline Stefaniuk

Peacefully at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital, Ottawa on Monday, September 13, 2021 at the age of 85. She will be sadly missed by her son David and daughter-in-law Gayle (Hearty) of Ottawa and her buddy Charlie, her Morkie. She is predeceased by her husband Henry and her daughter Diana (Brian Doucett of Carleton Place). Pauline was born in Moulinette, Ontario, and is survived by 4 brothers and sisters. She is predeceased by her parents Stanton David and Evelyne Antoine and 10 brothers and sisters. Pauline loved to crochet in the best light of the day and then work for hours on her jigsaw puzzles. She spoiled her family with an abundance of homemade jams, cabbage rolls and perogies. Sincere thanks to the dedicated staff of both the Arnprior Villa and to Extendicare Starwood for their compassionate care. Pauline's final care has been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior. A private family graveside service will take place at the Malloch Road Cemetery in Arnprior. Those wishing to honour her memory may do so by making a donation to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
