Obituary of Colin Dewar

(Retired-Canadian Armed Forces) With heavy hearts the family announces that Colin passed away peacefully at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Tuesday evening, October 5, 2021. He was 77. Beloved husband of Pearl (nee Shea) of White Lake for almost 55 years. Dear brother of Malcolm (Brenda) of Montreal and Ann Vose (late Richard) of New Hampshire. Colin was predeceased by his two children: Ronald and Wendy. Son of the late Ronald and Rena (nee Fair) Dewar. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Colin’s care and arrangements have been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior. A celebration of Life will be held at a later date, with interment to take place in Quebec City. In Colin’s memory, please consider a donation to University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
