Peter was forever smiling, easy talking, always ready with a witty remark or cracking a joke. Even through all the pain, he still smiled, laughed and made people around him smile and laugh too, whether it was family, friends, co-workers or the many health care workers that cared for him. We will miss you Peter, sweet, kind, generous man who was ever smiling. Be at peace.

Jane, Derrick and Sara, and Mathew, I wish I knew the right words. Peter is going to be very missed. Your Husband, your Dad really and truly was one of the good guys. Though we cry tears of sadness for the loss of our loved ones So the angels weep tears of joy for the return of theirs

So many great memories of Peter... His red truck filled with balloons and wrapped in toilet paper, running after squirrels on the Bell lines, rehoming a skunk, his spaghetti sauce.....He was the "Neighbourhood Watch". Now he can once again watch over all of us.
