One of the fondest memory, would have to be when on vacationing in Cuba. We went into a cigar factory where people were rolling cigars. Bill would smile at the workers and this young girl smiled back at him and gave him a couple of free cigars. Bill always had this aura around him that would make people smile or just start a conversation with them
