Dear Helene (LMHS) Jack and I are so very sorry to hear of the passing of Frank. From when I was a little girl, Frank would always stop his car as he drove by and chat with me. It didn't matter if there were other cars behind him, Frank always took the time to say hello and give his wonderful smile. We always kibitzed about vehicles, even when I wasn't old enough to drive. As he rolled away in his car, he would shout out something from the window and I would hear his wonderful laugh. Christmas time always makes me think of Frank; perhaps that is because I am home and thinking of all of my wonderful memories of growing up on McLachlin Street. We will remember Frank fondly.
