I was sorry to hear of Fran's passing. As you know, I became a good friend of Fran's as she supported me during my teaching time at CR Gummow. We have continued to share a long term relationship ever since, sharing recipes, books, gardening,walks and since her move to Toronto, many visits on the phone. She always had a smile and saw the good in people. Even though she missed her times in Cobourg, she became very content being close to you, Howie & Jeff and your never ending support. As you know, the doggie visits were the highlight of her day.
