Obituary of Doug Wall

With heavy hearts, the family announces that following a period of declining health, Doug passed away at the Civic Campus of the Ottawa Hospital on Saturday evening, February 19, 2022; Edward Douglas Wall of Arnprior was in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Normandeau). Dearly loved father of Hope Marshall, Darcy Wall (Michelle) and stepfather of Jason Normandeau (Linda Patrois). Predeceased by a stepson, Joey Normandeau (May 11, 1997). Loved grandfather of 9 and great-grandfather of 8. Dear brother of the late Leonard (late Gill), Bobby (Lynn), Kenny (Linda), Daryl (Penny) and Percy (Pat). Special brother-in-law of Peter Normandeau (Brenda), Ray Normandeau, Marie Thibeault (Ray), Jimmy Normandeau (Vivian), Gerald Normandeau (Tina) and Norman Normandeau (Linda). Also survived by his many nieces and nephews as well as wonderful friends. Son of the late D.J. and Emma (nee Dazé) Wall. An avid Harley Davidson enthusiast, Doug was happiest when on the open roads with fellow bikers during his regular Saturday tours. He will be dearly missed. Doug's final care has been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior where visitation will take place on Saturday morning, March 5th from 9 to 10:45 a.m and where a Funeral Service will be webcast live from the Pilon Family Chapel at 11 o’clock.
