Obituary of Dorothy Caldwell

(nee Booth) Peacefully at the Miramichi Lodge, Pembroke in the early morning hours of Tuesday, March 8, 2022; Dorothy Emily Caldwell of Arnprior; formerly of Toronto passed away at the age of 102 years. Beloved wife of the late Steene Caldwell (October 28, 2006). Dearly loved mother of Karen Caldwell (Vick Barylak) of Beachburg; Kerry Caldwell (Tam Nguyen) of Etobicoke and Lori Caldwell of Cobden. Predeceased by a son, Randy (Mary Jane LaRocque). Cherished and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren: Leanne, Scott, Kevin, Katrina, Kelly, Ryan, Derek, Nathaniel and Erin as well as great-grandchildren: India, Mackenzie, Savannah, Liam, Brandon, Andrew and Mikaylee. Dear sister of Garnet Booth (Muriel). Daughter of the late Harry and Lavina (nee Hobbs) Booth, Dorothy was also predeceased by siblings: Norman Booth (late Fern), Carl Booth, Violet Bertrand (late Paul), Pansy McGonigal (Jim) and Lavina Carmichael (late John). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Dorothy's final care has been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior. Interment will take place at the Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior later in the Spring as we join together to lay both Dorothy and her sister, Pansy McGonigal to rest.
