With heavy hearts the family announces that Mark passed away suddenly, but peacefully at the Renfrew Victoria Hospital on Monday morning, April 18, 2022. He was 68. Treasured Dad of Megan Chase (Kyle Dupuis) of Carp and Krysten Jacobs (Matthew) of Nashville, Tennessee. Special “Grandpapa” of Luke Jacobs. Dear brother of John Chase of Renfrew and Stephen Chase (Beth) of Thunder Bay.
