Florence and family,
So sorry to hear of Pierre's passing. He was a true friend and we had a lot of fun golfing together, but the most fun we had was while we were working together at Optimist Club events such as the Santa Clause Parade building the float, the Optimist Winter Carnival shanty breakfast, Optimist Canada Day Bike Rodeo, Optimist outings and the Optimist Golf tournament. Pierre was a wonderful Optimist Club member and past president of our club. He demonstrated strong leadership and always kept the best interest of our community youth at the forefront of our events. Always a gentleman with a wonderful sense of humour and you could always count on a good laugh when you were with Pierre. His love of family and community was unwavering and he was so proud of you all. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you all at this most difficult time.
