Obituary of Evans Keatley

With heavy hearts, the family announces that Edward Evans Keatley passed away peacefully at home on October 29, 2022 at the age of 78. He is survived by his loving family; his wife, Sondra (nee Green), son Josh (Catherine), daughter Sarah (Jonathan Sewter), son-in-law Alexandre Poulain and grandchildren Annika and Noomi Keatley, Claire, Liam and Lachlan Sewter and Colm and Émile Poulain. He was predeceased by his beloved daughter Bronwyn Keatley in March 2022 and his parents, Iris (nee Evans) and Franklin Keatley. He will also be sorely missed by his dear sister Beth McFarlane and many close friends. Evans always delighted in his family and their accomplishments and will be remembered for his kindness and generosity towards others.

The family wishes to thank Drs. Cremer and Fulcher, the Medical Day Care nurses of ADM Hospital, Arnprior Community Paramedics, Matt and Calvin, and Suzanne Kellock’s Palliative Team for their compassion and excellent care.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 6 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior, followed by a Celebration of Life at 3 pm.
