Obituary of Keith Kehoe
(K & M Classic Auto Parts)
With heaviest of hearts and great sadness, the family announces that Keith passed away peacefully at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital with loved ones by his side on Friday evening, November 4, 2022. He was 67 years young. Beloved husband, partner and best friend of Bonnie (nee Remus) for 45 years. Much loved and proud Dad of Chad and Jeremy (Meghan Clewes). Doting Grampa/Jampa Jampa of Isla, Liam, Colin, Madelyn and a very soon to be born granddaughter. Dear brother of Kenneth (Norma), Edward (Yvonne), Gerald (Sheila Martin) and Debbie Kehoe. He will be missed by his brothers-in-law Roger Remus (Vickie) and Duane Remus (Jenn) as well as many nieces, nephews and long-time friends. Predeceased by his parents: Jack and Joan Kehoe; his stepmother, Mary Kehoe; his parents-in-law: Harold and Doris Remus as well as his brother-in-law, Leon Remus.
Keith was raised in Renfrew and after meeting the love of his life in Arnprior, they settled exactly halfway between. He eventually built a business around his love of classic cars, where he developed many relationships sharing his wealth of knowledge and passion for the hobby. He had a special gift for making people smile, often with his silly jokes, and witty banter. He had a knack for lifting people’s spirits and making everyone feel important, no better example than the many smiles and high fives he shared with the kids on his bus route.
Keith’s final care and arrangements have been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior where visitation will take place on Tuesday evening, November 8th from 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Wednesday morning, November 9th from 9:45 to 10:45. A Funeral Service will then be held in the Pilon Family Chapel at 11 o’clock. (The service will be webcast live for those unable to attend). A reception will follow. A final memorial car club tour for Keith will follow the luncheon for those who wish to participate. In Keith’s memory, a donation to Hospice Renfrew or the Arnprior Regional Health Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
