Hi, "Little" Jeff, Jennifer and Derrick. I'm so sorry about your Dad. When I found out from Dad last night, I was so upset. I'm so sad for your loss. You never realize how much time has passed or how old we're getting. I remember your Dad being so easy-going, having a nap on the couch with his glasses on his forehead and all of us running around and in and out of the house and Mum and Délia running in and out with tea and coffee while Derrick splashed in his pool. I used to love babysitting you cuties, that was the best job ever. The strap I NEVER had to use and it was a joke that your Mum would show it me hanging inside the door, every time I went over. And you kids would scamper away as if you were afraid. Your Mum and Dad would be laughing because they knew just as well as we all did that it wouldn't be taken down. Your Dad would always walk me home the three houses it took to get there and I was secretly glad because, it made me nervous walking at night in the pitch dark, not that I'd ever admit it. But you know, vampires and all of that. I'd always tell him, "Oh no, you don't have to walk me home, it's fine, I'm fine." But he'd do it anyway. I think he knew I was a little nervous. Your Mum will find it so hard. They seemed so good together. Such a great couple. I'm sorry, guys. I know how it hurts. Think and talk about the memories that make you laugh. Love you!

He was a great mechanic and was respected by all the operators on the machines Keith would do preventative maintenance work on.

Dear Delia and family..... I am so sorry to read of Keith's passing. You were all such good neighbours at Dochart and how he would come and help my husband Dave with mechanical problems with the lawnmowers.... Keith was also a great euchre player and we enjoyed playing with him at the Rec Hall in Braeside and he was a great supporter of our St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church euchres on Thursdays... his greatest joy was having more lone hands than my husband.
