Obituary of John "Johnny" Lalonde

With heavy hearts the family announces that Johnny passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on Friday morning, February 3, 2023 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of the late Linda (nee Hill, 1999). Loved Dad of Lance Lalonde (Natalie) of Arnprior and Jamie Lynn Lalonde (Curt Newbury) of Kingston. Special Grandpa of Nick, Kylie, Colin, Mackenna, Darby and Deserae. Dear brother of Marilyn Schnob (late Don), Shirley O’Hare (late Scott), Dora McIntyre (late Gord), Gerald Lalonde (Shirley), Harold Lalonde (Norma), David Lalonde (Suzanne), Beverly Lalonde, Kevin Still, Doreen Deschamps, Karen Haybecker, Jimmy Still. Predeceased by a sister, Loreen Shewan (Eric) and a brother Clarence Lalonde (Karen). Son of the late Adam and Susan (nee Ferguson) Lalonde.

Johnny’s care has been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior. A celebration of life took place at the John A. Gillies Recreation Center, 138 Sarah St E, Braeside on Sunday afternoon, February 19 from 2 to 6. Spring Interment Carleton Place United Cemeteries.
