Obituary of Arlene Watt

(nee McNulty)

With heavy hearts the family announces that Arlene passed away peacefully at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital on Monday afternoon, February 13, 2023 at the age of 72. Beloved wife of Donald “Don”. Treasured mother of Sean of Kingston and Jason (Leslie) of Carleton Place and cherished “Grandma” of Amelia and Addison Watt. Dear sister of Wayne McNulty (Sherri) of Long Sault and Darleen Desjardins (late Al) of Port McNicoll. Fondly remembered sister-in-law of Terry Watt (Roxy) and Glenn Watt (Kim), both of White Lake. Daughter of the late Edward and Stella (nee Scully) McNulty. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and support staff at the Arnprior Hospital for their care and compassion, as well as to Sheryl Somerton for being a guardian angel to Arlene over the last 3 months.

Arlene’s care and arrangements have been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior where visitation was held on Friday evening, February 17^th from 7-9 and on Saturday morning, February 18^th from 9:30 to 10:45. A Funeral Service for Arlene took place in the Pilon Family Chapel on Saturday morning at 11 o’clock. Reception followed.
