Obituary of Gerald Kehoe
With heaviest of hearts and great sadness, the family announces that Gerald Kehoe of Foxboro passed away with loved ones by his side at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute on Wednesday afternoon, April 19, 2023. He was 59. Gerald was born in Renfrew on June 23, 1963. He is survived by his loving partner Sheila Martin; daughters Melissa Warren (Sheldon Barr), Angela Kehoe (Nick Scott), step daughter Jessica France and a son Carter Remus who he looked forward to meeting someday. He leaves behind his siblings Kenneth (Norma), Edward (Yvonne) and Debbie; 9 grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, in-laws and countless friends. He was predeceased by parents Jack and Joan Kehoe; his stepmother Mary Kehoe and his brother Keith Kehoe (Bonnie). He was known as Poppa/Grandpa to many and as “Gman” to friends. He was a man of many talents and was willing to help any and all who asked. He cherished his time at the trailer at Mink Lake and often told people that was where he would retire. He enjoyed fishing, riding his four wheeler and long fireside chats. He helped Sheila with her respites who trusted him completely. His endless pranks and infectious laugh will be remembered forever.
Gerald’s final arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the
Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior
where visitation took place on Tuesday evening, April 25th from 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Wednesday, April 26th from 11:30 to 12: 30 p.m.
A Tribute Service followed in the Pilon Family Chapel on Wednesday afternoon at 1 o’clock.
The service was webcast live for those unable to attend.
