Judy, Ed, Tim, and families:
Words are hard here because that's what heartache can do. I believe that deep sorrow creates a deeper well for abundant joy to flow, in time. I hope you all find that.
Let me share a story about Angie. Judy, you will recall that Angie and I worked together on a matter when I was a baby lawyer. I still think and speak about it (earlier this month, in fact!), as I learned so much from the experience. It also demonstrated your own confidence in me. Angie was gracious with the positive result. I will always remain grateful for this small interaction with Angie. I hope you find comfort in knowing that, decades later, Angie's life has vital resonance in this world. I am sure you will discover many more examples, some of which are reflected in the condolences here.
Take the time to heal and care for yourselves and each other. I hope your families find peace and comfort.

I just learned of Angie's passing. Though I did not know her, you can tell just by her picture that she had a soul of beauty and kindness. She was indeed beautiful as well. Our hearts ache for each and everyone of you. No words can justify losing someone so young and caring. To the women I could always call. To the women who never judged, always listened no matter how long I rambled, and somehow always knew exactly what to say.
To the women that had the quickest whit, the most contagious laugh and who lit up any room she walked in. To the women I had the honour of calling my “second mom”.

I am so sorry for your loss. Angie shared so many proud moments of her children,. We had many laughs at West office hanging out in my office during lunch. Angie had the best laugh. We were actually asked to keep it down. We were each others debrief after our management team meetings. She will be so missed.
