Obituary of Leonard McOrmond

With sadness the family announces that Leonard passed away peacefully at home Saturday morning, July 29, 2023. He was 94.

Loved Dad of Rocky (Barb) of OK Falls, British Columbia, Sharon Girdwood (Wayne) of Dryden, Ontario and Tracey McCormick (Paul) of Arnprior. Treasured Grandpa of Shanna, Kurtis (Sarah), Kendra (Paula), Travis (Erica) and Ty (Lauren) and Great Grandpa of Sierra, Phillip, Freddie, Teagan and Easton. Dear brother of Charlie McOrmond and Muriel Ross. Leonard was predeceased by his grandson Cory as well as his brothers: Ed (late Mina), Ken (late June), Walter (late Marion) and Robert (late Pat) and his sisters: Mildred Bulmer (Bill) and Lillian Davidson (late Neil). Son of the late Roy and Annie (nee Richards) McOrmond. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Leonard’s care and arrangements have been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior. A private family graveside service will take place at the Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior.
