To Joanne, Grant and family, Rose was indeed a second Mom to me in High school, as I practically was there almost daily with Joanne. Later in life I also got to work with Rose in a long term care home. Her sense of humor and laughter was really unique and opened up a different outlook on life, and in a way Rose had a part in shaping my Nursing career. Working in a nursing home, this really made it easier to grasp the “Life goes on” aspect, that we must accept. There is nothing permanent in this world, nothing belongs to us, even the air we inhale must be exhaled. Every single thing which is being created will come to an end one fine day. But our spirits live on. Let us honor Rose, by living our best life. Love and strength to all the extended family. Kim & Alain xo

My Sister, Rose, will always be remembered for being loving, generous and having a wicked sense of humour and staunch conservative values. Although both Allan and myself will miss Rose as time passes, she will also be sorely missed by her children and her nieces and nephews and her grandchildren. Fortunately we all will be able to recall the wonderful memories that we shared with her. Forever in our thoughts-rest in peace.

Rose was a wonderful lady and the sincerest condolences go out to her family and friends. She lived in my building just down the hall. We became close during the pandemic. She will be sorely missed.
