So sad to hear of Lorna's passing. I played ball with Lorna for many years on the Zoo, in the old BNR/Nortel league. She was a great teammate, and more importantly a wonderful person. My condolences to Randy, and her other family, and friends.

Lorna and I go back 45 years. We both worked at BNR and later nortel. We shared a special relationship in that she was also my sister-in-law. I had the unique privilege to interact with her as a fellow BNR/nortel colleague as well as a family member. At work she maintained a professional work ethic and was well respected by her peers. As a family member she was a kind and loving soul who would do anything for her friends and family. She was a dedicated partner to Randy and his daughters and found much happiness through them. She loved to entertain and hold family gatherings at their home. Arlene, Matt and I will miss her dearly. May she now rest in peace.

Randy & family,
Sorry to hear of Lorna's passing. I first met Lorna from her friendship with my sisters Debbie & Brenda Bradley.
As I grew up, I played broomball and ball hockey with Lorna. We enjoyed lots of good times and get togethers.
Take care, Jill & Tim Benger

I feel I had a special relationship with Lorna, as both a co-worker at BNR (Nortel) and as a brother-in-law. I saw her love and support her family, and observed close-up her dedication to my wife, Linda. She worked hard and she played hard, often leading and motivating team mates, whether in softball, golf, curling, darts, or, in the early days, bowling. She hosted great parties and always paid attention to her guests. To me, she was not so much a best friend as a companion who was often present at the same events and made me feel secure. Friends come and go, but Lorna was a steady supporting person in my life, for whom I will always be grateful.
