Pam, Leif, Emily and families
When I heard about Dieter's passing my mind was flooded with memories of our times together. For approximately 30 years Dieter and I met up at the annual Laurentian golf tour. During a 4 day period we golfed too much, had our meals together and then socialized before going to bed and doing it all over again. During the non golf periods we talked about our lives and our families. During that 30 year period the kids went from elementary school to high school to university and finally marriage and then grand children. I could always tell how proud Dieter was of his children. He loved telling their stories and others as well. Even though I had not met Leif and Emily I felt like I knew them through these stories. It saddens me to know that the foursome now has an opening The memories though, keep the foursome intact.
