The Bradley-Woodford families are also mourning the passing of Ron's uncle Bob Woodford(Anne) at the age of 92 in Victoria, B.C on Nov 1st 2023. Patriarch and story teller 'par excellence'!! He will be missed. Our loving thoughts to his wife Anne.
My condolences aunt Marg cousins Boyd, John and Lori. I will miss Ron's talent, sense of humor and his unique old fashioned charm. I was looking forward to a soup competition with him this winter with the butternut squash. Hugs to each of you.
My heart is broken! Ron was the best roommate anyone could ever ask for, always there to help whether asked or not. He had the best sense of humor, we shared many many laughs over the 12 years we were roommates and many great memories. He was an amazing cook, made the best sauces I have ever tasted, and had a sweet tooth for deserts of all kinds. He is greatly missed by his 2 buddies HoneyBear and Miss Persia. She sits at the gate calling him everyday still. She would run to the stairs when she heard him come home or his voice and meow, literally at the top of her lungs for him until he would come down and fly her around the room, and he did every day. We will all miss you forever, Ron, you were one of a kind and very muched loved!
What a terrible shock this has been. I didn't know Ron well but he was always so warm and easy to talk to. Every time we chatted it was if no time had passed. My favourite memory of Ron is of how dedicated he was to his family. Most weekends he would spend with his Mother helping her around her home and property, especially after his Dad passed two years ago. He took great care to make sure everything that needed to be done, got done. It is my hope that he and John have been reunited and are already fishing in the great beyond. Much love to Johnny, Boyd, Lori and my dear friend Margaret.
I have many great memories of Ron that I will always cherish. One of my favourites is when we were teenagers, we would just sit and jam on the guitar for hours. We really thought we would be Rockstars one day!
Ron will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace.
