I was surprised and saddened to just learn of Tony's death via the summer 2024 UNB Alumni News.
Tony was a fellow BPE (1965) classmate... an All Round Good Guy and friend to all who ever knew him.
I suspect he lived his entire live this way. The gifts of Tony's generous nature and genuine presence still live in my memory.
It was indeed an honour to be part of his younger life.
May Tony's spirit abide in the full freedom and contentment of eternal light and peace and joy.

I'm so very sorry to see this sad news. Tony was a classmate at John Rennie High and one of the friendliest guys you could hope to meet. I hope the gift of memory will get you through the hard days.
Special guy, Tony and I worked together at Rosemere High School in the 70’s and played rugby together with the town of Mount Royal Rugby Cllub. He was a classic in many, many ways! Rest in Peace old friend!
Sorry to hear the sad news. Tony was a fellow student at UNB, one we all admired and respected, both as a football player and as a person. Remember him as a kind man, always willing to spend time with us freshmen, always encouraging us to get out there and play for the Red Bombers. Tony was my classmate,my teammate and friend.many times I stayed at his home.his father got me free admission to expo as professor Watters.in class he was a serious note taker and atrocious speller but bob burt and I would never have passed without visiting him on the nights before an exam when he would grudgingly allow us to read his notes.i cherish his memory—- danny watters
Donna and I were shocked when we read of Tony's passing in the paper Saturday morning. We had just been talking to him the Sunday before - as was the custom when we saw him sitting outside. Our Deepest Sympathy to you Barbara and the Dew family. May he RIP. Barbara - we are only two doors down if you need a ride, talk, etc.

Barb we are so sad to hear of Tony’s passing. We will miss his quirky things and humour. I am laughing now at one particular thing, airport lol. That’s how we will remember Tony, the good times we had all together, esp the 8 of us on the cruise. Our hearts are breaking for you. He will be sorely missed by many. Tony lived an amazing life full of intriguing adventures many of which he shared with me over coffee. Always kind & considerate. Tony lived a very full life and will be sadly missed.
