Cindy, Tammy & Family, I am so sorry to hear of your Dad Bill's passing. Bill was a amazing man! He did so much for our community and for kids. He helped my mother in law Theresa, with the Santa Claus Parade for many years, organising the route and directing traffic to make it go smoothly. I have SO MANY memories of him umping our ball games in Kinburn, Fitzroy, McNab and Braeside....he and I got into some arguments about his calls lol I will cherish them all.
