Obituary of Lillian Armstrong

With great sadness the Armstrong family announces the passing of Lillian Jeanne peacefully and quietly in the early morning hours of Saturday, January 6, 2024 at the Grove Nursing Home in Arnprior. Lillian was 95 years of age and had lived a long, full life. Lillian was predeceased by her husband Lloyd (1995) and is the cherished and much-loved mother of Randy (Angela), and Tracy (Julie). She was a proud Nana of Candice, Willow (Garrett), Jared, Miranda (Mark), Adam (Brianna), Brandon, and predeceased by Brodie (2013). She was a loved great grandma to Madyson, Macie, James, Henry, Cash and River.

The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Dr. Rivington and the staff at the Grove Nursing home for the exceptional care and support that they provided during Lillian’s time living there.

Final care and arrangements are being provided by Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John St. N, Arnprior. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday morning, January 10^th from 9:30 until 10:30 with a Tribute to be held in the Pilon Family Chapel at 11 o’clock. Reception to follow. Spring Interment Sand Point Public Cemetery.

The service will be webcast live for those unable to attend.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the Grove Nursing Home, Arnprior.
