I knew Shirley from when I first started at Bell in 1973, but I got to know her much better from all the colleagues who knew her well, who always had such positive things to say about her. She was a very good friend to many. My sincere condolences to all her family and close friends.

Ken, I am so sorry for your loss. I first met Shirley in Operator Services at 78 O’Connor in 1969. She was a friend and mentor to me then and remained a friend to this day. I am so glad we had time to chat at last year’s Christmas lunch. She will be sorely missed by all.
