Such a lovely woman, I met Ann many years ago at a family reunion in Springwater Park near Barrie Ontario. It was at that reunion I first met Leanne and Lee. They were family members I had met for the first time. I kept in touch with Leanne for a while and even managed to get Bruce Springsteen tickets in the summer of 1985.It was then i seen her again in Toronto. I used to be a member of the Alliston Police Auxillary unit, and while doing traffic duty after the Alliston Potato Festival parade I was directing traffic. A car pulled up to my intersection and it was Lee. He asked if I remembered him and I said yes. The light turned green and he passed through the intersection. I was disappointed that I didn't really get a chance to meet with him. To my surprise he passed through my intersection 3 more times just to try and catch up for a few minutes. It was then that I found out that Ann has a sister in Hockley Valley near Alliston. Unfortunately that was the last contact I had with the family. I also didn't hear of Leanne's passing until a few years after. She was a very sweet woman. I will always be fond of the memories I had with this family and wish I could have spent more time with them. I guess relationship wise I would be a cousin of Leanne's. And again, so sorry to hear of Ann's passing
I am so happy to have met Ann and Lee over the years. They were such a wonderful couple. You never knew what was coming from Ann’s great SENCE of Humor. Spent a lot of hours in A&W solving the problems of the world. They will never be forgotten and she is with her family again whom she sure missed. RIP ANN. GREAT FRIEND.
Auntie Ann you will be missed. You are now with Uncle Lee, Leanne and mom and dad give them a big hug from us. I will always cherish the memories that we have made over the decades. Love always Connie Chris and family Stephanie and Jennifer and family
