I came to know Glenn well after he and Libby moved to Orchard by the Mississippi. They were both good friends to my Mom. My brother and I would often visit with Glenn and his buddies Ronnie and Bill at the ground floor bistro Saturday mornings. Glenn was always so pleasant, polite and interesting to chat with. I had the privilege of working for Glenn and developing friendships with Glenn and family. I learned a lot about farming and about life, developing a life long friendship. Glenn was always pleasant, willing to listen to your opinion and share his opinion - a great conversationalist. Glenn always enjoyed a great story and I think Dave strived to develop as many stories as possible, leading to long milkhouse debriefs with big laughs. Thank you Carolyn for bringing Glenn over to Daryl's open house (barn) a few weeks ago, what a great visit. My deepest sympathies Dave and Carolyn, though I miss Glenn and Libbie I'm very thankful for the memories.
