She was a friendly neighbour and a real pleasure to meet when out walking on the Avenues over many years. I missed Mary after your move to Almonte but I had a long great chat with her just before that, on a familiar corner of course. Mary was always smiling and I love this photo of her. Dear Dave & family. Only today did I learn of Mary's sudden passing & my heart aches for you. Mary & I met through line dancing and of course we always chatted. Then I'd often run into her at Mountain Creek, her starting off in her ladies league & me finishing up in mine. She always had a smile & kind word. Trust me, her presence in both dance class & golf course will be very much missed! With great affection, Wendy Tessier.

We have not known Dave and Mary for a long time, we became backyard neighbours about a year ago. We quickly became fast friends. We were totally shocked to hear of Mary's sudden passing.
