I had the privledge of knowing Paul and his service to others. Always one to help with anything he could. He was a kind soul and I hope he is at peace and you find solace in the many memories.

Dear Paula and family, Jocelyne and I want to extend our condolences. Paul was an across-the-highway neighbour and we got to know him through mutaul friend. My last memory of him is when I saw him in the neighbourhood doing some work for a neighbour. I ran home to get something I was saving for him. It was on old 45 RPM record by Paul and Paula. Who else should have this but Paul and Paula. We will miss the impromtu meetings.

My deepest sympathies to his family and many close friends. Paul worked for me in Arnprior for a couple of years and you would be hard pressed to find a harder, more honest worker than Paul.

Paul was an enormous help to my family, starting when my father was no longer able to take on the lawn care and other tasks around the house. After my father passed, it was a great comfort to my mother to know she could call on Paul to repair something or advise her about something that needed to be done. If he couldn’t do the job himself, he always knew who could, and what a fair price was, often going so far as to make the arrangements himself and ensure it was being done properly. His wonderful kindness and cheerfulness made a real difference in her life and we are very grateful to him.
Paul was one of those amazing persons in our lives who will never leave us, even after they are gone. His legacy will live on because we were lucky to have had 50 years of friendship, great times and memories. There won't be a day go by that Paul's name and stories won't come up. Rest in peace dear friend.

I am so sad to hear that Paul has passed away. The loss of such an amazing husband, father and friend will be so hard on you all. I would like to commend April for her efforts to walk, now in memory, of her dad. Paula and April; my sincere condolences on the passing of Paul. We worked together off and on for many years and was always a pleasure to be around. He was indeed one of the "good ones" and will be missed by many.

I think about Paul every time I see a moose standing on the side of the highway and how excited he would have been to see them. I was so very sorry to hear of his passing.
