Obituary of Ida Reinhardt

In loving memory of Ida Verity Reinhardt (née Mitchell), who peacefully passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at the age of 92.

She courageously battled dementia with grace and dignity.

Preceded in death by her husband, Ted Sr. and her dear daughter, Susan (Kevin).

Ida is survived by her son Ted and his loving spouse Jennifer, her grandchildren Jason (Melissa), Stephanie (Forrest), Katy (Austin) and Laura (Rick); 

great-grandchildren Liam, Mila, Owen and Finn, and her sister Audrey (Bob).

Ida was born in Montreal in 1931. She was involved in scouting in early life and then started working for Dominion Engineering in Montreal.

  Ida married a clergyman and lived across Canada: Hudson Bay SK, Prince Albert Sk, MacDowell Sk, Port Daniel, QC, Navan, ON, Ingleside, ON, Drummondville QC, McAdam NB, Saint-John, NB,

Greenfield Park, QC, Iroquois Falls, ON, Kapuskasing, ON, and then retiring in Elliot Lake, ON. 

Ida was a life-long member of the Anglican Church Women.
