Obituary of John Sauvé

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of John Raymond Sauvé Jr., age 67. Gone too soon, his departure has left an irreplaceable void. John leaves behind his wife of 47 years, Carmela (née Cosentino), their children Christina, Angela, and Andrew (Amy), granddaughter Olivia, besties Alec and Joseph, and extended family. Reunited with his in-laws, Anna and Antonio Cosentino, and his parents, John Sauvé Sr. and Melvina Davis. His unwavering love and commitment to his family were the foundation of his life. Deeply loved, John exemplified what it means to be an extraordinary husband, dad, and grandpa. A skilled painter for 50 years, John took great pride in his work. He gave generously of his time and energy, asking for nothing in return. He will continue to inspire those who know him and forever remain in the hearts of those who love him.

John’s care has been entrusted to the Pilon Family Funeral Home.

A service will be held Saturday August 3, 2024, at 11:00am at the Townplace Suites Hotel (1251 Maritime Way, Kanata).
