Beloved wife of the late Robert Joseph McGuire who passed away December 15, 2005. Much loved and proud Mom of Linda McGuire, Karen Taylor (Simon) and Scott (Jo-Anne).

Cherished Nannie of Tina (Brad), Melissa and Justin, Mitchell (Jenny) and Brittany (Travis), Kelsie (Brady), Brandon, Jaidyn and Alexis;

Great-Nannie Bessie of Tori (Chris), Brayden, Bryce, Mykya, C.J., Claire, Holly, Colby, Tenley and Oaklyn and Great-Great-Nannie Bessie of Colter.

Daughter of the late Joe and Tillie (nee Wilson) Bowman.

Bessie was born in Fitzroy Harbour where she grew up, married, raised her family along with Bob and remained there until moving to Arnprior 18 years ago.

Bessie excelled in every sport she took part in. From softball to broomball and everything in between, many will remember Bessie for her lively participation and engaging interest in her team members. Bessie also enjoyed playing euchre and 31. Never too busy to have a chat, she loved time spent with family and friends. Her sense of humour, quick wit and the kindness she showed to others are but a couple of the attributes that made Bessie beautiful and unique. She will be missed but lovingly remembered by those who knew her.
