Condolences to the entire McNab Clan ~ Losing the family patriarch, is never easy! Her zest for Life and her love for the Lord shone brightly! Many great memories, sitting in their house listening and talking with her about life and maybe snacking on her famous Monster Cookies from time-to-time. Always a delight, walking into the house smelling them baking away. She will be missed, her impact never forgotten on me and I am sure that can be said for an entire community she touched. I met Betty through Connie, Lindsay and the kids. The two of us got to know each other and when we had the opportunity to visit we always had lively conversations. She always made you feel welcomed and cherished. When I visited the valley,one of my stops would be to her and Don's home and we would catch up on each other's lives. I was fortunate to get a visit in, in August, catching up and having a few laughs.You'll be missed Betty but I have great memories from knowing you. Jo

I am so sorry at the loss of Betty. We had a really good and sincere friendship when in the Arnprior Villa. I will always remember the last time I visited with her in the hospital, we had a lovely talk and walk down memory lane. I will miss her, but memories will keep her in my heart forever. Our condolences to all of the family in the passing of this beautiful mother and grandmother. Betty was always there if anyone needed her, yet kept her family first at all times. Practical, insightful, humble, godly and fun-loving, an absolutely endearing presence for all. Full of grace and beauty. I loved that woman, and I’m not alone. What a huge loss! Thinking of and praying for all the McNabs. She once shared some sincere and much needed encouragement to which my husband replied, "Betty... You are the sweetest!" She turned around quickly, looking Kyle in the eye and with all the enthusiasm she could muster she replied with an arm pump, "No! JESUS is the sweetest!". Yes and Amen! She gets to be with him now!
