Obituary of Ron Quinn

(Retired Civil Servant - NRC)

Following a long and well lived life, Ron passed away peacefully at St. Patrick’s Home in Ottawa on Tuesday afternoon, November 19, 2024; Ronald Joseph Quinn of Ottawa was 97 years of age.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Doreen; his parents, Joseph and Georgiana Quinn as well as his 2 brothers: Gerry and Norm Quinn.

Fondly remembered by his cousins: Garry and Marion Fisher, Robert and Kathy Fisher, Penny and John Singleton, Diane and Pat Cassidy and their families.

Ron’s arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the

Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior.

A visitation will take place at Canadian Martyrs Church, 100 Main Street, Ottawa on Wednesday, November 27^th from 10:15 to 11 a.m.

A Funeral Mass will follow at 11 o’clock.

Interment Capital Memorial Gardens, Nepean.

The family wish to extend heartfelt thanks to the Doctors, management and staff at St. Patrick’s Home for providing such great care to Ron over the years.
