Obituary of Babs Heise

(nee LeSarge)

It is with sadness that the family of Barbara Marie Heise (LeSarge) announce that she went to be with her Lord on November 27^th, 2024.

She will join her husband Gerald and daughter Dawn.

Barbara was born in Arnprior, Ontario.  The daughter of the late Cecil and Dorothy (Abraham) LeSarge.

Many will remember that Babs was always there for everyone, the kettle was always on and there was a snack to be had any time of the day or night.   She loved people, she helped many, and she loved her family dearly.  Her fun-loving ways will always live on in those she touched.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Cathy Sharpe (Tim), and son Steven Heise (Marcia).  Predeceased by her daughter Dawn Ebert (Glenn).

Also survived by her grand children, Terri-Lynn Bayford (Brad Borland), Franklin Clarke, Jonathan Clarke (Sarah), Alix Reid (Darcy), Connor Heise, Kara Kalvapalle (Rohit), Kirk Ebert (Candace) and her 8 loving Great Grandchilden.

Babs was an only child however she was blessed with close Cousins, three of whom stuck by her until the end.  Terry Rochefort (Shona), Holli McLennan Lee (late Brian) and Peter Colton (Lucy).

Babs’ last few years were not easy.  During her long illness she was blessed to have exceptional care. 

Firstly, from the professionals at Hazeldean Gardens in Stittsville Ontario and in the later years in Fairview Manor’s Maple Grove Unit, in Almonte Ontario.  

The family are grateful for the kindness and care provided.

This beautiful soul is at rest.

Barbara’s final care has been entrusted to the

Pilon Family Funeral Home, Arnprior.

Interment Malloch Road Cemetery, Arnprior.
