Obituary of Terry Hill

With regret, the family announces that Terry passed away quite suddenly at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute on Friday, January 10, 2025.

James Terry Hill of Ompah was 77 years of age.

Dear son of the late James Douglas and Mary Lorraine (nee Terry) Hill.

Terry is survived by his 3 sisters: Mary DesJardine (Jim Williams), Susan Ramsay (late Ross) and Victoria Gunter (Thomas).

Also survived and remembered by his nieces and nephews and a handful of very dear friends.

Terry was a jack of all trades with an innate ability to build, repair or refurbish just about anything.

His wisdom, kindness and unique sense of humor will be missed by those closest to him. 

Terry’s final arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the Pilon Family in Arnprior.
