Obituary of Marie Schutt

With heavy hearts, the family regretfully announces that Marie passed away peacefully at home while surrounded by family on Sunday morning, January 12, 2025.

Marie-Lena Schutt of Arnprior was only 64 years of age.

Beloved wife of Dean.

Dearly loved mother of Jeremy Budarick, Alan Schutt (Debbie Demers), Matthew Schutt (Jenna), Amanda Budarick (Ben Maisonneuve), Corrine Burke (Mike) and Amanda Schutt (Kevin Lasenba).

Cherished and lovingly remembered by her 16 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson and a soon to be born second great-grandson.

Dear sister of Wayne Brohart (Christine), Mike Karras and Muriel Moriarity.

Daughter of the late Lorne and Marjorie (nee Tennant) Brohart.

To Marie, family came first.

She always placed the needs of others ahead of her own.

She spent the past several years as financial coordinator with L’Arche Arnprior.

Her attention to detail and kind demeanor will be missed by fellow employees and core members alike.

Marie’s arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the Pilon Family in Arnprior.

The family will be holding a celebration of life gathering in the Spring.
