Tuesday, October 2, 2018Anne, Peter and Family, we were very sorry to hear about the passing of your Mum. Our families were intertwined for many years going back to 1965 when we were neighbours and through the many good memories of holiday weekends spent in Renfrew and Arnprior as well as in Etobicoke. I am sorry that we could not attend the funeral. Your Mum was a very special and successful lady and I am sure well respected in the community. Peter, I sometimes think about at least one summer I spent at your home where we enjoyed swimming in the Ottawa River every day and watched the speed boat races when they came to Town. It was always such an interesting and fun place to spend time for me riding into Town and going to the general store or fishing in the Madawaska River or just exploring. Your Mum would make endless grilled cheese sandwiches that were so tasty. Anne we did not spend a lot of time together because of the difference in age but we all had fun together when all of us kids were younger. These memories cannot be erased even though our parents are now all gone. Sincerely, Janice & Les.

Monday, September 24, 2018What an amazing woman she was and will continue to be with such precious memories for all of her children, grandchildren, family and massive amount of friends all over God's country. I had the honour of calling Pat a friend. We worked together at The Guide and when she became Arnprior's first (and only) Lady Mayor our connection continued and grew stronger. We shared lots of laughs and interesting stories. After moving to Kingston we continued to swap cards and letters and after, emails. I was surprised, as I am sure many were, when I received a Christmas card with her email address written in her beautiful handwriting. She made fun of herself having learnt the world of computers. It didn't surprise me, Pat, Mrs. Robinson, was one of a kind! My thoughts and prayers are with all of her family. XXX

Saturday, September 22, 2018It is only a couple of weeks ago that Pat recognized my name on Fb “Arnprior Now And Then” friending me and asking me if I was the person she knew years ago in Arnprior! I was delighted to hear from her and we exchanged bits and pieces for a while! I was hoping we would keep in touch as I worked with your Dad too long long ago and still talk about what a great person he was with whom to work! Pat remembered that! I am so sorry for your loss Pat will be deeply missed! She was a good person and I really liked her a lot! We live across the river from Kingston - please let me know when her celebration of life will be! Sincere sympathy to all of you Frederica & Jon Webb
