Alva & I were saddened to hear of Roy’s sudden passing. Roy was a devoted husband, family man and Christian. I have many good memories of our regular men’s breakfast at Antrim truck stop. Mme. Andriend and the Schlievert family, I am very sorry for your loss. It is very hard for me to accept that our friend, Mr. Roy Schlievert, is gone. However, it is comforting to know that he was "ushered into eternal glory" while doing the stuff he loved most ... helping others to serve God more effectively. I first met Roy when he delivered our paper The Ottawa Journal, yes that's along time ago, but Roy has always been a Prince in his journey through life helping and willing to help everybody and anybody and in so doing raised his stature in life from Prince to King in my world.
